Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will be more than happy to replace it as soon as possible. Just let us know within 30 days by contacting our support team at contact@mywondernurse.com, including a photo or video of the item. 

 

Shipping Returns

If for any reason you were not able to accept the delivery of your item, please contact our support team for assistance at contact@mywondernurse.com, providing us with proof of tracking and incomplete delivery. 

 

Cancellations

All of our items are custom-made products, this means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our support team within 6 hours for a free of charge cancellation. If we receive your cancellation request email after 6 hours, we may have to charge you with a 20% restocking fee.

 

Refunds

This is a very rare occurance, but if you don't receive your item within 60 days, you can request a refund or replacement at contact@mywondernurse.com. And we hope you will love the item you purchased, but if for any reasons you wanted to return your item and request a refund, just let us know within 30 days. Please note that depending on your bank processing time, it could take up to 14 days for the funds to be credited on your bank account.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If after 14 days you still haven't received the funds back on your bank account, please reach out to us immediately at contact@mywondernurse.com.
