When will my order be processed?
All of our items are custom-made products. This means as soon as you order, we get to work producing your item! We usually ship all orders within 2-5 business days.
Your order will be fulfilled by the fulfillment facility closest to your location. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
All orders use Tracked & Insured Shipping, but in the rare case that your order gets damaged or lost during the delivery process, we will be more than happy to send you another package as soon as possible free of charge.
If the post office was unable to deliver your item due to an incorrect address, you will be immediately notified via email to pick up your package from your local post office.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our USA factory.
Once shipped, expect delivery within:
USA: 2-5 business days
Canada: 4-10 business days
Western Europe: 5-15 business days
Australia/NZ: 5-15 business days
Rest of the World: 5-20 business days
Most of orders will take 3 weeks at latest to be delivered.
